Care Assistant (Days) - Fixed Term

The Care Assistant will play a key role in supporting residents within Jewish Cares care homes, providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Working as part of a dedicated care team, the postholder will support residents with their daily living needs, personal care, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in activities that are meaningful to them. The role involves building positive relationships with residents and their families, understanding individual preferences and needs, supporting care plans, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
