The Care Assistant will play a key role in supporting residents within Jewish Cares care homes, providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Working as part of a dedicated care team, the postholder will support residents with their daily living needs, personal care, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in activities that are meaningful to them. The role involves building positive relationships with residents and their families, understanding individual preferences and needs, supporting care plans, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. This fixed-term opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people and delivering high-quality care that enables residents to live meaningful lives., We are looking for a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. You will support residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing by providing personalised care, companionship, and practical support tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Working alongside colleagues, families, and wider care teams, you will help create a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and connected.
