ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibiliti, As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This role requires a caring and dedicated individual who can make a positive impact on residents lives daily. You will assist residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, and signs of infections, and practicing safe systems of work. Experience is not required as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided. Ideal candidates will demonstrate effective communication skills, respectfulness, initiative, and adaptability. The role requires a DBS Disclosure check, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
