contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents., The role of a Care Assistant with Avery Healthcare involves delivering high standards of personal care for residents, working diligently to support the care team and maintain service continuity. Key responsibilities include supporting residents personal hygiene while respecting their independence and dignity, identifying and reporting clinical risks promptly, and acting courteously towards residents and guests. Candidates are expected to demonstrate caring, supportive, and respectful values. Although experience is not required, Avery Healthcare provides comprehensive induction and training programs.
