ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of
services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in re, The role of Care Assistant - Bank involves joining the team at Greensand House Care Home in Redhill to deliver high standards of personal care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect, recognizing clinical risks, and practicing safe systems of work. Applicants must be caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. No experience is required as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided. Ideal candidates should communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, respect residents and team members, and be adaptive. A DBS check, funded by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required.
