Full Job Description

To provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
To promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.

A kind and caring person
Previous experience in Care preferred but not essential

Charing Healthcare has been providing care since 1998. We are a proactive company with family origins and now have 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer.

Contracted hours: 33Hrs, All contracts will include working alternative weekends. Shift times are 20.00pm - 08.00am
