Salary: £13.45 per hour, with enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time for public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults in the Horsham area, helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care.


• Meal preparation and basic cooking.


• Light household tasks.


• Food shopping.


• Companionship and emotional support.

No experience is needed - we provide full training!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role; drivers with a full UK license, your own vehicle, and business insurance are essential.


• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship currently.


• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.


• Good English communication skills.
