At Autumn Grange Nursing Home, we're looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant, working night shifts. Based in Creswell, on the outskirts of Worksop, Autumn Grange provides care and nursing support for up to 54 people, supporting older adults and people living with dementia. What you'll be doing As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our residents' daily lives by:
- Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences
- Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
- Providing support during mealtimes
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
