Full Job Description
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, bathing, showering, dressing and toileting
- Supporting customers with safe mobility around their home
- Providing medication support in accordance with the customer's care plan and your training
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting with light household tasks, including cleaning and tidying
- Running errands, grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Maintaining clear, detailed and accurate care records
- Observing and reporting changes in a customer's wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes Above all, you will help our customers maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in their own homes.

- Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
- Willing to learn and develop Essential Requirements Due to the community-based nature of the role, applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to their own vehicle
- Be willing to travel between customers' homes across Warwickkshire
- Have the Right to Work in the UK

- Weekly pay
- 40p per mile mileage paid between customer visits
- Up to £32.00 per hour on Bank Holidays
