Care Assistant

Deliver high-quality care to older residents, including those with dementia

Lead and support care staff, ensuring standards are met

Contribute to care planning and medication administration (training available)

Maintain confidentiality and uphold health and safety standards

Provide cover for other senior staff when needed

Care Home experience required and NVQ level 3 in Health & Social care or equivalent, NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

Experience in elderly care and care planning

Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Kind, caring, adaptable, and trustworthy

Basic first aid and health & safety awareness
