team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times., As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you'll deliver high-standard personal care and contribute to the care team at Chorleywood Manor Care Home. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect, recognizing clinical risks, and following safe work practices. No experience is required as an induction and training program is provided. Candidates should communicate effectively, respect residents, follow instructions, and adapt to varying responsibilities.
