• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care, Care Assistant to work 30 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts

You don't need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
