The pay and benefits We have vacancies on days and nights, and pay a starting salary of £13.38 per hour. If you hold an NVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or achieve this with us, we will increase this to £13.72 per hour. Full time and part time arrangements are available. You will be provided with a free meal on shift, a comprehensive BUPA employee assistance programme, discounts at many retailers including supermarkets, clothes stores, gyms and more.
