Full Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or care settings, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life., Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support clients with mobility and transfers
Administer or prompt medication as required
Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred)
Right to work in the UK
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:
Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
