Care Assistant - Days/Nights

Salary: £12.71phr
Hours: 36hrs per week - 07.00-19.00pm/19.00-07.00am - alternate weekends
Must be experienced in Care - ideally Dementia and End of life
Ability to work days or nights would be an advantage
