At Bartholamew Lodge Nursing Home, we're looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant. Based in Wednesbury (WS10), Bartholamew Lodge provides care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you're passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our residents' daily lives by:
- Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences
- Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
- Providing support during mealtimes
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
