Care Assistant

Every day, you'll help people live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Whether you're supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, you'll provide more than care, you'll provide companionship and reassurance.,

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.
  
  Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable, If you've got a kind heart, a listening ear and a desire to make a client's world a little brighter, we'd love to have you join our team.

What we offer
