Care Assistant

Imagine starting your day with a smile and a kind word that brightens someone else's morning. As a Care Assistant, you'll be there to support residents with the little things that matter most. Whether that's helping with daily routines, assistant with personal care, sharing a laugh over a cup of tea, or simply being a listening ear.

Every day is different. One moment you might be encouraging someone to join an activity they love, the next you're offering comfort and reassurance to make them feel safe and cared for.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that works together to make our home feel warm and our residents comfortable and safe. In this role, it's not just about providing care it's about creating moments of joy, dignity, and connection.

You'll help write the small, meaningful chapters in someone's story, and in return, you'll be part of a community that values and supports you too.

Please note, that all our roles are subject to an enhanced police check (Disclosure Barring Service - DBS) before employment commences.

This role is for 43 hours a week, inclusive of an unpaid break. The pattern will be - one week you will be working 3 shifts a week, the next 4 shifts a week.
