Full Job Description
- Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Contribute to and review care plans
- Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed Supporting people to live with comfort and joy in a place they call home is something truly special and you'll feel that difference every day.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
- 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
- A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
