• Personal care -
supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals -
Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility -
Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.

What is required from you?
