Care Assistant

Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and support junior staff, providing guidance and leadership to enhance team performance. Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home environment. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in Residential and Nursing care. Administration of medication to residents.
