to deliver high standards of personal car, Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at Astbury Manor Care Home in Bracknell. This role involves delivering high standards of personal care and contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene while maintaining their dignity and independence, recognizing clinical risks, and communicating effectively. Experience is not required as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided. Successful candidates must embody our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all actions.
