Full Job Description

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and home care support to clients within their own homes. Your role may include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Companionship
  • Meal preparation
  • Dementia support
  • Assisting with daily living
  • Promoting independence and well-being
  • Travelling between clients in the community
  • This is a community-based role where no two days are the same.Working Hours Flexible shifts available:
  • Full-time
  • Part-time
  • Morning shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend availability
  • Typical care calls may begin from around 7 am. We will work with your availability where possible, but flexibility is essential for this role.

    Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, Community Carer, Domiciliary Care Worker or Support Practitioner is welcomed but not essential.,
