Full Job Description
We offer very flexible scheduling rather than fixed set shifts. However, the following requirements apply:
All Care Professionals must work a minimum of two days per week that include anti-social hours, meaning starting at 6:45am or finishing at 10:00pm.
We do not operate on strict shift blocks (e.g. 7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm). Instead, we build schedules around each Care Professional's availability while ensuring service needs are met and the above requirements are fulfilled.
Care Professionals must work alternate weekends.
We have very flexible weekly working hours, but candidates must provide a minimum availability of 10 hours per week, while still meeting our required conditions (minimum two days including anti-social hours and alternate weekends).
The role initially operates on a 0-hour contract during the probationary period. After successfully completing probation, we are able to offer an average-hours contract based on the hours you have consistently worked.
