A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards Must be flexible to work 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence Review - You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs. Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way Social Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home. Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available., This role is for a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings in Weston-Super-Mare, offering a permanent position with a salary of £13.46 per hour. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care ensuring residents receive personal care including bathing, dressing, and oral care. Additionally, you are responsible for administering residents' medication safely, participating in social engagements, and leading the team in the absence of senior management.
