Full Job Description
As a Care Assistant at Agincare, youll enjoy competitive pay of £12.91 per hour and opportunities for career development, with fully funded training up to QCF level 5. Youll have the chance to make a real difference in peoples lives by offering companionship, personal care, assistance with medication, and healthy meals, as well as supporting clients mobility and organizing social activities. We require a minimum of 12 months of the right to work in the UK and expect candidates to be flexible to work alternate weekends. The role involves 36 hours a week with different shift patterns: 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm, or 8am to 8pm. - Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
