Full Job Description

No two days are the same with a Care Assistant job in Bracknell! You'll travel around Bracknell and the surrounding areas to help clients with:

  • Companionship - keeping clients happy
  • Personal hygiene support - help with washing & dressing
  • Medication - reminders & collecting prescriptions
  • Meal preparation - help at mealtimes
  • Housework - laundry, cleaning & tidying
  • Errands - shopping assistance & running errands
