Foundry Place is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprises of a mix one and two bedroom retirement apartments. Exclusive to the over 70s, it has some outstanding communal facilities, communal lounge and on-site restaurant. You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends. Why You'll Love This Role:

- Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
- Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
- Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
- Supporting with individual care packages
Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred, - Qualification: Preferably Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
- Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
- Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
