ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services
to residents., As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents at Winchester Heights Care Home in Hampshire. The position involves delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring the continuity of services provided to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene while respecting their independence, identifying potential clinical risks such as pressure sores or risk of falls, and escalating them promptly. You'll interact courteously with residents and their visitors, uphold their dignity, and follow safe work systems across various tasks. Experience is not required as we offer thorough induction and training, fostering a caring and supportive environment for all team members.
