The position involves delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring the continuity of services provided to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene while respecting their independence, identifying potential clinical risks such as pressure sores or risk of falls, and escalating them promptly. You'll interact courteously with residents and their visitors, uphold their dignity, and follow safe work systems across various tasks.
