Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Freshwater area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Your duties include:

Personal care
Meal preparation and basic cooking
Light household tasks
Food shopping
Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed - full training provided!
What We Are Looking For

Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance, non-drivers also welcome as we provide a free bus pass to support your travel.

Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends

Salary: £13.43 - £13.93 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
