- £13.50 an hour
- Double time on bank holidays
- 30p mileage between clients
- 12-16 hours to start (more as the rota grows)
- Every second weekend off

- Refer a Friend: £300 Your Availability We're looking for people who can work:
- Between 7am-2.30pm and 3.45pm to 9.45pm shifts
- up to 16 hours a week
- Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
- Some flexibility to support client continuity How You'll Make a Difference Our clients rely on us for stability, respect, and genuine human connection. Your visits may include:
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
- Light household tasks
- Medication prompts
- Meal preparation
- Attending appointments or shopping
You do not need care experience. Values matter far more. You might be ideal if you are: - Kind, patient and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to use good judgement in day-to-day situations
- Honest about your availability

- A driver with access to your own car, Time to care properly - not rushed 15-minute tasks
