We match Clients and Care assistants based on mutual interests and hobbies, to help build bonds of trust and help us provide personalised support. We take our clients out for day trips, lunch or even to town.

Job Description

• We are not looking for specific care experience - your personal values are critical
• Excellent support and training given but being kind, caring and compassionate is essential
• Recruiting for full time hours covering Ross On Wye area. This will include two evenings a week and every other weekend
• Great rates of pay from April £14.25 up to £16.00 per hour plus 12% holiday pay accrued on all hours
• FREE Blue Light Cards- national discount card for hundreds of retailers
• Paid Mileage @ 39p/mile
• Real Rates of pay- No surprises and we pay double-time on bank holidays
• Flexible but regular working hours, fitting around other demands on your time
• No Uniforms (but PPE provided where needed)
• Minimum call time of 1 hour, meaning quality, unrushed time with clients

Qualifications

You do not need any specific qualification for this role but being over the age of 18 and a driver with access to your own car is essential. You do need the right to work in the UK.
