Full Job Description

As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You'll support clients to remain independent, safe, and happy at home by:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Preparing meals and helping with everyday household tasks
  • Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and professionalism
  • Encouraging clients to stay active, engaged, and connected
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or outings
  • Helping create enjoyable moments, whether that's a trip to our Companionship Café or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation

    The right to work in the UK
  • Reliable transport to travel between clients
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
  • A caring, compassionate, and dependable nature
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently while following care plans and guidance
  • A genuine passion for helping others
