• Companionship and emotional wellbeing Light domestic tasks linked to the agreed care plan Calls are planned and logged on our Birdie care app, with a supportive office team and Care Coach behind you on every shift. LET'S BE HONEST ABOUT THE HOURS Our service runs between 7am and 9pm, seven days a week. The shifts we struggle hardest to cover are early mornings, tea-time, evenings and weekends. If you can offer reliable availability across those times, you will get consistent, well-paid work with us every single week. We are specifically looking for people who can commit to: Early morning calls from 7am Tea-time and evening calls up to 9pm Alternate weekends as a minimum If you can only work school hours (10am to 2pm), this is not the right role for you, and that's okay. We will be straight with you at interview rather than waste your time. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Right to work in the UK (essential, no sponsorship offered)
Living in or close to YO11 or YO12
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (strongly preferred) Caring, reliable, punctual and able to follow a care plan Good standard of spoken and written English for care notes and medication records Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost) Previous care experience welcome but not essential. Full paid training provided.
