Full Job Description
Boomerang Healthcare is looking to recruit caring and reliable Community Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across Hebburn, Jarrow and Gateshead., You will support people in their own homes to maintain independence and dignity. Duties may include:
Assisting with personal care such as washing and dressing
Supporting with meal preparation and medication
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Being a friendly, reassuring presence
Each visit helps improve quality of life and provides essential support within the community.
Training and Support
