As a Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need.

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessary
  • Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' well-being
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans
  • Document client progress and report any changes in condition
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when needed
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to health and safety regulations

    Genuine passion for helping others with a friendly, empathetic demeanour
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Basic first aid knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and daily activities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong time management and organisational skills

    We offer a competitive rate of pay of £13.30 per hour.
  • Flexibility in work patterns. As well as day time, we work evenings and weekends. Due to the areas of working, a driving licence and car is required.
