Care Assistant

As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we're looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. We are specifically looking for someone who may be able to work a few evenings per week between 3pm - 6pm, supporting our lovely customers with making their tea and taking medication. We can be flexible on the days you can work. Our customers should feel comfortable in their own homes, and we help them do exactly that. • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
  
  A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience not a necessity as full training will be provided
• Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
