Role Summary We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time and Full-Time Carers to join our team. Based in Winchmore Hill (N21), this role is essential in supporting our mission to provide high-quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently with dignity. This role requires availability to work a combination of morning and evening shifts, including every other weekend. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support to clients in
their own homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Follow and contribute to tailored care plans that meet individual needs. Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication support. Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Accurately record care activities and report any changes in clients' conditions. Promote independence and enhance quality of life for all clients. Comply with all health & safety regulations and company policies. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or a related care setting. Must live within a 20-minute commute of Winchmore Hill (N21). A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential. Willingness to travel between client locations. Good communication skills . A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature. Ability to follow detailed care plans. Understanding of health and safety standards within care. Experience
