This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Walstead Place, a 41-bedded residential care home in Lindfield, Haywards Heath. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is rated 9.5 on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both residents and staff in their everyday lives, taking a leadership role and encouraging development and growth within the team., As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents at Walstead Place. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and supporting the care team.
