The Senior Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to residents, while also supporting and guiding the care team. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership mindset, an empathetic approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

• The ideal candidate will have experience as a Care Assistant and a strong understanding of the care needs of the elderly, including those with dementia. A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as a NVQ or equivalent, is desirable. The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to promoting the well-being and independence of the residents.
