Full Job Description
- To deliver quality personal care and companionship to seniors and vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
- Right at Home guarantees a minimum one-hour policy for all of our homecare visits, so that our Care Assistants can take the time to build that all important relationship with the people they care for.
- Working as a team to ensure that the people we support make the most of every day and continue to enjoy their hobbies
- Tailoring the care provided according to the likes and dislikes of the person.
- Delivering a premium quality service by helping the people we support with their everyday needs.
- Improving quality of life and making a difference every day.

- Previous care experience is not essential, however a kind and caring attitude, with a willingness to put the people we look after at the heart of everything, certainly is.

We provide high-quality home care in Welwyn, Hatfield, St Albans area and have been rated OUTSTANDING by CQC. - Our pay rates are from £14.75 - £15.25 Per Hour
