Full Job Description
The post holder will assist and support the cardiac rehabilitation team in the provision of an efficient and effective cardiac rehabilitation service. The post holder is responsible for the day to day running of the cardiac rehabilitation office and the post is office based, providing administrative and clerical support. The post holder is also responsible for coordinating the cardiac rehabilitation appointment system., To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the cardiac rehabilitation office.
To provide a reception for the cardiac rehabilitation service, responding to queries and referring to the appropriate cardiac rehabilitation team member.
To coordinate referrals via the iPM system and arrange clinic appointments in accordance with the booking initiative, and provide monthly patient activity data to cardiac rehab team leads.
To rebook any cancelled appointments in a prompt and efficient manner and update data base systems accordingly.
