Cardiac Physiologist

Perform and report adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms in line with BSE minimum data set and local reporting guidelines. Ensure quality assurance checks on equipment and action as appropriate. Submit reports and archive study images in accordance with contractual requirements and local SOPs. Liaise with relevant hospital departments and GP practices for urgent clinical referrals., To independently perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms in line with BSE minimum data set ad local reporting guidelines.Responsible for and have a care of duty of patients whilst carrying out all encounters.Provide the patient with all the relevant details of the test being performed to them.
