Car Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved dealership in Bristol. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, presenting vehicles, and closing sales efficiently while providing a top-tier customer experience.

• Basic salary of either £19,000 with a company car or £23,000 with no company car
• Uncapped performance-related commission, with on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 annually - 30 days annual holiday, with days in lieu for bank holidays worked

• As a Car Sales Executive, you will promote and sell new and used vehicles, from compact city cars to SUVs and electric vans
• Present vehicle features, explain warranties, and assist customers with finance, insurance, and accessory options
• Keep customers informed of delivery timelines and assist in resolving any delays
• Collect payments, explain after-sales service packages, and introduce customers to service departments
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
• Work proactively to identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving dealership targets Requirements
  
  Prior experience in car sales is desirable but not essential for the Car Sales Executive role
• Strong transferable skills from customer service or other sales roles will be considered
• A results-driven approach with excellent relationship-building skills is essential
• Ability to work independently and seek out sales opportunities as a Car Sales Executive
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
