To provide effective utilisation of theatres and outpatient departments to maximise capacity, commercial benefit, and throughput of patients in line with safe standards of care. To work alongside clinical areas such as theatres, wards, outpatient nursing, endoscopy, pre-assessment, physio and imaging to ensure that all resources are available to support assigned cases.
