What you'll be doing:
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll:
Conduct one-to-one career discussions and candidate interviews
Deliver assessment activities under controlled test conditions
Assess candidate performance against set criteria
Provide clear, balanced and constructive feedback
Help candidates understand suitable Army career pathways
Accurately record assessment outcomes and reports
We're looking for confident communicators and customer-focused individuals to join our Assessment Centre team in Pirbright. In this unique role, you'll guide candidates through a critical stage of their journey into the British Army, helping them understand their strengths, assessment outcomes and potential career options., We're interested in people who enjoy working with others and can confidently communicate with a wide range of individuals.
Essential Skills
Clear communication and people skills
Supportive and approachable attitude
Team player with good organisation and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
Full UK Drivers Licence

Some knowledge of Army careers
