Cancer Care Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Macmillan Urology Specialist Nursing team as a Cancer Care Coordinator.

The role is part of the Prostate Easy Access Support Service. This service provides a personalised stratified follow up programme for patients who have completed treatment for prostate cancer.

The service is managed by a well-established Uro-Oncology Specialist Nursing team, who care for patients undergoing prostate, bladder, kidney, penile, testicular and retro-peritoneal sarcoma cancer surgical and medical oncology treatments at The Christie Hospital in Manchester., The post holder will work as a Macmillan Urology Cancer PSFU (personalised stratified follow up) Care Coordinator to support the Uro - Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist team delivering Personalised Cancer Care (PCC) to people affected by urological cancer.
