Full Job Description
As a specialist in the use of Trust Central Asset Management System (CAMS), provide support across the Trust with the use CAMS related systems and their future development. The indiidual will contribute to the specification, design, development and delivery of all CAMS across the Trust including as a minimum Make Ready, Ambulance Operations, EPRR, Specialist Resources. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing first and second-line support regarding technical application issues; problem solving issues and escalating faults to software suppliers/developers as well coordinating delivery of updates and user requests., Create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives. Build networks that develop credible, united voices about issues, CAMS requirements, and/or services that are important across the Trust. Facilitate an understanding of complex logistic and supply chain information Supports the achievement of internal levels of satisfaction in the management and use of CAMS Responsible for ensuring CAMS services are always fully available and operating at optimal performance levels, and that appropriate arrangements are implemented to manage and maintain the 24/7 x 365 operational requirements of the LAS Improve user satisfaction with CAMS functionality and performance, Our strategy 2023-2028 outlines how we plan to achieve this, and is centred upon three missions focused on:
