Location: Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent
Salary: £25,882 - £28,595
Contract: Permanent
Employer: Coleg Gwent - Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Positions available:
- 1x based in BGLZ
- 1x based in Crosskeys
- 1x based in Newport
We are looking for experienced administrators to join us. You will provide high quality administrative support to campus curriculum teams within a team of Campus Administrators. With experience of working in a busy and varied administrative role, you will be able to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks, work effectively within a team, work under pressure and maintain a helpful and professional approach when dealing with the public, other staff and students.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
Requirements & Compliance
- Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
- Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
