Campaigns Officer

You'll coordinate campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation, ensuring activity is delivered effectively, on time and against agreed objectives. Working with colleagues across Macmillan, you'll help bring together insight, content, communications and stakeholder activity to create integrated campaigns that achieve maximum reach and impact.

• Develop engaging campaign content and messaging for email, web, social and supporter communications.
• Coordinate campaign and stakeholder events, including logistics, suppliers and on-the-day delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for Integration Champions.
• Share campaign assets, messaging and toolkits to encourage activity across teams and channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insight and support evaluation and reporting.
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities, taking proactive action to keep campaigns moving.
  
  You'll be a highly organised and proactive campaign professional with excellent written communication and strong relationship-building skills. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating detailed plans and working to deadlines. You'll bring a collaborative and flexible approach, with the confidence to work independently, solve problems and adapt when priorities change. Attention to detail will be important, but so will your ability to see the bigger picture and understand what makes a campaign successful.

We're looking for a Campaigns Officer to play a key role in bringing integrated campaigns to life across Macmillan. Working closely with the Senior Campaigns Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day campaign coordination, bringing together colleagues, content, communications, events and channels to maximise reach and impact.
