You might find yourself: Own campaign planning and optimisation to drive best-in-class performance Identify and mitigate revenue risks and media inefficiencies Stay ahead of media tech and innovation to inform planning Improve campaign processes in collaboration with stakeholders Report weekly performance, challenges, and solutions Lead and develop a high-performing Ad Ops team Coach, mentor, and upskill team members Define team metrics and monitor performance
